(Zumar) 39 : 29

Allah is quoting an example, a man who is under different quarrelsome masters, and a man who is under only one master; are the example of two equal? Praise is to Allah, but most of them do not know.

This verse asks if the one who lives obeying the hypocritical leaders of different organizations and the patrons falsely guessing as intercessors and mediators to seek nearness to Allah will get peace and tranquility like the one who depends only on Allah. But it is told in verses 3: 101; 4: 174-175 and 5: 48 that one in a thousand will only be in the Straightpath, holding to Adhikr—the Ticket to Paradise. They only utilize their intelligence to understand the Truth and depend only on Allah. Through verses 8: 22 and 55, the Fujars who are not ready to hear Adhikr and the hypocrites who are not ready to speak about Adhikr to others are denoted as the worst creatures among a thousand communities of the Lord’s creatures. See explanation 1: 7; 16: 75-76; 28: 57; 62: 5.
